FranMo Urban Farm is a seasonal outdoor event venue that specializes in hosted Garden Party-style Get-togethers and Small Weddings for up to 30 people. The Gardens at FranMo offer more than 25,000 sq. ft. of private photo-fabulous backdrops, practical-use spaces, and multiple staging areas and a massive lawn at a single location.
"Why Garden Parties? After producing Receptions for 100’s of weddings it is clear that many couples do not want the pressure of dance party at their Reception, or for it to be an evening event. Many would prefer to do something else. And some just want to eat good food, drink some local wines and micro-brews, and hang out with their friends and family on a warm afternoon in a beautiful outdoor setting."

Where other venues may have to adapt to the “New Normal” of social gatherings with social distancing, FranMo Urban Farm was originally conceived to be spacious and give people room to move around. And, at the same time see one another. Interact with one another. And find a peaceful place to just sit still, listen to the birds and feel the soft breezes pass by.
Attending an event at FranMo is the kind of experience a friend gives to a friend.
Even before the COVID-19 Pandemic, a majority of group celebrations had inherently become smaller, more intimate and, to be honest, more intentional, and personal than ever before. COVID just solidified these practices. Plus, a smaller guest list makes it possible to be more creative.
An in-house Day of Coordinator and venue host will assist you in any way to make your event runs smoothly from the moment you arrive until you drive off into the sunset. The Gardens are currently available for booking morning and afternoon events taking place between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm May-Oct.
DIY Renters may bring prepared foods and soft drinks. FranMo does not provide any kitchen facilities. No hard liquor is permitted. However, BYO Beer, Wine, Cider, Mead and Champagne are okay. We are always happy to make Catering referrals.
As an Eco-friendly venue FranMo recycles (paper, cans and bottles) and composts any food waste and compostable materials created from your event. So please choose your single use containers wisely.
