Ceremony Only Venue Rental
Like many of Seattle's public parks, The Gardens at FranMo Urban Farm offer short-term rental packages for couples hosting a small Wedding gathering.
This venue rental is for couples who only want to use The Gardens to host their actual wedding ceremony and have a photoshoot, then meet up with their guests for a Reception and other activities at another location -- local restaurant or private residence.
We find that couples who just want to book a wedding in The Gardens at FranMo Urban Farm for their Wedding "Ceremony" have a Date, a Photographer, and a Wedding Officiant. They just want a beautiful space to host it that doesn't require a lot of set up. A place with the basic conveniences for them and their guests; privacy, staging options, chairs, and a restroom.
These couples have other activities planned at other locations as part of their wedding day celebration e.g., following their ceremony the Newlyweds may have their photo shoot, then meet up with their families and friends at a private residence, or local restaurant for their reception, food and drink.

Up to 5 hrs. on site use. Load-in to Load-out.
Max Occupancy: 30 Persons
Gatherings of 12 persons or less may be eligible for a fee reduction.
No Beverage or Food Service permitted.
FranMo Urban Farm provides all the basic necessities including Rustic Metal Farm Chairs, small PA for Music, Restroom and Day of Coordinator to assist in any way needed.
