A Covid-19 Wedding Package

Officiant Frank Harlan's COVID-19 Small Wedding and Mini Reception Package is a 3-hour special event production for the two of you and up to 13 guests at FranMo Urban Farm in Seattle, Washington. ​​

Couples provide their own cake, soft drinks and prepared foods.

After the Mini Reception highlights you'll have an hour to work with your photographer for family and a private newlywed's photo shoot, while your guests mix and mingle.

This production includes a wedding ceremony crafted and performed with you by Officiant Frank Harlan. Followed by a hosted Photo Op Mini-Reception that may include a first dance, toasts with guests and cake cutting. Guests may also attend Virtually and Frank has the experience and resources to assist you with that as well.

COVID-19 Wedding and Mini Reception 
The Details


  • FranMo Urban Farm is a daytime only venue that hosts small gatherings.

  • Owner and staff will assist and support you to create a unique and intimate wedding day celebration

  • Due to the natural environment, FranMo is a non-smoking venue.

  • No DJ’s, After Hour Events or Dance Parties.

  • Amplified Music for Ceremony and in multi-use locations managed by venue.

  • In addition to one day event insurance (range $75-$200), if you plan to consume alcohol, you will also need a Washington State Banquet Permit ($11).


  • Attendees Limited to 15 (Couple & Guests)

  • Virtual Guests: Unlimited – depending on preferred streaming app.

  • Available for booking up to 6 months prior to wedding date.

  • Bookings within one of these blocks of time, 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm

  • Restroom – one inside

  • Photographer: Provided by client

  • Cake (Pie, cupcakes or donuts),

    • Provided by client

    • Cutting and serving plates, utensils, etc. provided by FranMo

  • Prepared foods – individually packaged snacks – olives, nuts, etc. (or pre-order for delivery).

    • Provided by client

    • Serving items provided by FranMo

  • Beverages – soft drinks or alcohol (champagne, cider, wine, beer only)

    • Provided by client

    • Champagne Flutes provided by FranMo

  • Floral & Decor: Provided by client

  • Music: Portable system, Bluetooth compatible

3.5-Hour Event Timeline
1 hr Prep: Couple and Officiant Arrive, Ceremony Rehearsal, Guests Arrive
1/2 hr Wedding Ceremony
1/2 hr Hosted Photo Op Mini Reception on Garden View Patio
<> First Dance, Toast with Guests, Cut Cake, Sign Legal Docs
1 hr Photo Shoot, Guests Mix & Mingle, Field Games on the South Lawn
1/2 hr Pack up, Load Out

Ceremony Location
Warm and Dry: The Garden staging areas.

In addition to 3 defined staging areas, your ceremony can take place anywhere you would like at FranMo.

  • Rustic Metal Chairs and assorted Wooden Benches

  • Portable Sound System, Bluetooth compatible

Rain Plan: Garden View Patio - 10’x20’ Garden Tent

Winter Months: Wedding Studio and Micro-lounge, 8 persons maximum.

DIY Catering Options: Delivery or you pick-up or bring in prepared foods. Any food must arrive within your scheduled time frame, as ready-to-serve with no prep or assembly and in containers that you can pack out any leftovers in. If ordering for delivery, ask if restaurant provides plates, utensils and napkins.


FranMo is an Eco-friendly venue we recycle and compost any waste from any event.
