Seattle Wedding Officiant Frank Harlan offers his services to couples wanting an Elopement Wedding or Civil Union but do not want it to feel like an administrative transaction at the courthouse. Frank is honored to preside over elopement weddings in his Elopement Garden located in N. Seattle. His beautiful garden is a PNW native plant-themed garden set at the base of a 120-year old tree.

Officiant Frank Harlan has created a way for couples who want to have a small private wedding ceremony in a beautiful location. Your elopement begins with a personally crafted wedding ceremony and may be followed by a DIY photoshoot throughout The Gardens, Toasts with the Newlyweds and Cutting the Cake photo ops with guests. This is a true Micro Wedding Day Celebration and a complete package for a gathering of up to 12 people. Includes all amenities needed to pull it off e.g., cake plates, Champagne flutes and flatware. This is a wonderfully relaxed and casual wedding day celebration.

Often, after a wedding celebration like this, the group gathers at a restaurant or family residence for a meal and other social activities. Some couple jet off to their Honeymoon.
