If you were planning to have a simple courthouse wedding in downtown Seattle, but would really like to get married in the morning or afternoon, and without all the extra stuff. Officiant Frank Harlan is available for doing that. And can do that with you in his wedding studio or elopement garden under a giant cedar tree.

Couples receive a a traditional courthouse-style ceremony and the signing and processing of all required legal documents, 2 certified copies sent to you for your records. Available Daily by Appointment Only.
You and your partner are required to have a valid Washington State Marriage License in hand. You may have up to 6 guests if you would like. However, 2 Witnesses are required by law (may be provided for you).
The Fee for a Courthouse-style Civil Union is $375*. This reduced service fee is valid for ceremonies performed by Officiant Frank Harlan in The Wedding Studio or Elopement Garden at FranMo Urban Farm in Seattle, WA.
